Which Pilates class is best for you?


Private Reformer
Achieve your individual goals with one-on-one sessions with a skilled instructor. Diane's Private Reformer classes use specialized Pilates equipment and are highly recommended for new clients or clients with special needs or injuries. These classes are the best way to progress in your Pilates practice.
Semi-Private Reformer
This class is a flow of reformer exercises to work the entire body from the core out to the extremities.
Diane works with two clients at a time, providing individualized instruction to meet each client’s workout level and goals. Bring a friend or Diane will pair you with a new one! Prior reformer experience is necessary or five private classes.


Pilates Combo
This class blends movements from Pilates, ballet barre exercises, yoga, and cardio to challenge your muscles in different ways. Pilates Combo is perfect for students of all ages and abilities, from beginners to elite athletes.

30-Minute Cardio Reformer
This interval training class is done on the reformer using the jump-board and is great for working your entire body. You'll really get your heart-rate up. Come ready to sweat! This class is not for beginners. Prior Pilates equipment experience is necessary.


Fun, energetic, workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.  It's the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. 

Stretch & Meditation
This class is a great way to improve flexibility and elongate muscles while releasing tension and stimulating circulation. It will also reduce stiffness, stress, and anxiety. The class ends with a soothing, relaxing guided meditation to quiet the mind and body. Whether you're a beginner or an elite athlete, you'll benefit greatly from this class.
