True Balance Pilates is a movement studio where individuals of all ages, body types and fitness levels can increase strength, flexibility, motion and tone, all while reducing stress and improving mental focus and clarity. The nuturing and motivating enviroment will foster mind-body awareness through individual and group sessions, including Pilates reformer, tower and ladder barrel, Barre, Stretch & Meditation and Reiki sessions.
Diane Violette is an experienced Pilates instructor with a contemporary approach to Joseph Pilates original method. Diane was trained through Stott Pilates™ and she incorporates meditation, yoga and ballet techniques into her classes. Diane has been teaching for more than 7 years and continues to attend workshops to assist you in reaching your goals.
